Interwire 2009: Boothmanship Alert - Pre-registration visitor company listings Event Background Interwire is an international trade event that includes exhibiting companies, speakers, and attendees from 50 countries around the world who want to attend the most important business week for wire and cable in the Americas.
The largest and longest-running wire and cable marketplace in the Americas, Interwire is also ranked as one of the 200 largest trade shows in the U.S. by Tradeshow Week magazine. Interwire is the place where buyers, sellers, researchers, and speakers connect with new contacts and colleagues. The show crosses dozens of vertical industries including automotive, construction, aerospace, transportation, and communications, to name a few.
Exhibits Interwire typically includes more than 500 exhibiting companies that supply or manufacture wire, cable and fastener, formed and fabricated wire products. In 2009, the International Fastener Exposition, organized by The International Fastener Machinery & Suppliers Association (IFMSA), will again co-locate with Interwire. Visitors to either event will have the advantage of seeing all of the exhibits with one registration. Exhibiting companies typically fall into several groups: suppliers to the wire making industry (i.e., wiredrawing machinery, insulation, raw materials); manufacturers of wire; or processors of the wire end product (i.e., for wire bending, forming for baskets, hooks, fasteners).
