In 2010 exhibitors will have access to many markets as thousands of drive-in visitors are expected. In fact, Milwaukee is within driving distance of six U.S. states. That said, Wire Expo also draws exhibitors, speakers, and a portion of its attendees from around the world. The event typically attracts more than 350 exhibiting companies. The exhibition floor is organized by markers and hanging signs that clearly divide the defined exhibit space for each organization. Manufacturers and suppliers, or companies that offer services, to the wire and cable industry should exhibit at Wire Expo. Space on the exhibit floor is sold in linear configurations in increments of 10 x 10 ft. Multiple units are available for companies requiring additional space. The cost to rent a single 10 x 10 ft. unit is: $2,150. Island configurations in 20' x 20' formats are also offered for: $6,750. Promotional opportunities for exhibitors WAI helps to promote the participation of each of its exhibitors to the Wire Expo audience through an extensive campaign that includes national advertisements, direct mailings, e-mail correspondence, web site listings, onsite rosters, and complimentary exhibition passes. Sponsorship opportunities are another way for exhibiting companies to leave a lasting impression with Wire Expo attendees. Points will be assigned to the exhibiting company that signs the Exhibitor’s License. Points will not be given to co-exhibitors. How to book exhibit space before the points meeting Exhibitors who are interested in securing booth space should follow WAI’s three-step program.
