Now I would like to get some more help from you guys.

1) what are the parameters I need to check in enameled copper wire if I want to pass resin test? The resin is 2015-90LEK from Altana in Germany. If you know about this test then please help.
2) What can be the reason for wire failing in resistance to abrasion test?

My first thought would be to contact the enamel supplier for applicable specs. What do you mean by resin test?

Re question 2: the coating is not fully cured and/ or the needle on the scrape tester may need replacing.

It is an impregnation resin (dobecan-2015-90LEK) from Altana Germany in which sample of 36 wires bunch needs to be dipped for 5 minutes. Then it needs to be put into the oven for 180 minutes at a temperature rising from ambient to 200 degree. After completing this process each and every wire needs bending in S shape on 16 mm rod and there should be no cracks on wire at the bent portion. Wire diameter is 2.24 mm/grade-2/class 200/dual coat.
