Wire Cleaning was created by Archived Forum Admin
Hi,
We use Ca based solid powder lubricant for ripper die in drawing steel wire. We then als use liquid soap.We then use a chemical Simple Green for cleaning this wire along with sponges, steam and water.
I want to know a powder lubricant for ripper die which is soluble in water at room temperature, so that we can just use water and sponges for removing lubricant.

We are marketing a mchine that by using an abrasive string under high ension has succesfully been used to remove CA based drawing compounds. This eliminates all liquid by products and sludges. It can be viewed on www.boockmann.com as Helicord machine NB55.
