I have problem on manufacturing compact rope. We use wire wire drawing die to make compact. do you prefer some other methods?

You can compact the wire rope by using rollers at the end of the strander-closer before take-up
The dimension of the rollers is related to the size of the rope, usualy placed on vertical and horizontal planes.

They also help to compact the grease apply to the cable
