Hello there,

Considering your location on the planet, I suggest you contact Mrs Rachel Hodson, Sales Engineer, at Tinsley Precision Instruments in the UK.

Tel: +44 (0)1689 800799
Fax: +44 (0)1689 800405

You can use a Wheatstone/Kelvin bridge for your application but typically cable/wire companies today would use a micro ohmmeter such as Tinsley's model 5890 - full details of which may be viewed on their website. In conjunction with this, Tinsley's 3218C meter clamp is often used to ensure that exact lengths of wire are measured. Mrs. Hodson will have to confirm the instrument for your application.

Kindest regards,
