Dear All,

I am looking to acquire a wire take-up/spooling unit that can meet the following requirements:

1. Able to properly package wire with a diameter of ~0.102mm (~0.004") and a tensile strength of > 600 MPa (~87 psi).

2. Ability to provide tension control.

3. Relatively inexpensive (<$10,000).

My speed is fairly slow (<10ft/min) and I do not currently have spool size requirements.

Could someone please provide me with some recommendations for any suppliers/OEMs/used-equipment retailers?
