Present a paper

Take the opportunity to improve visibility for your organization by asking one of your company’s experts or researchers to share their viewpoint at one of the Wire Association International’s Wire & Cable Technical Symposiums or at an International Technical Conference.

More and more people are realizing the benefits of having their company representative present a white paper at a WAI industry function. Most find that the experience is mutually beneficial to their organization and to the speaker.

One reason is that the author and company names of accepted speakers are publicized in WAI’s pre-show and onsite promotional material, increasing the visibility and prominence of that organization while positioning the speaker as an industry luminary.

In addition, authors are provided with complimentary meeting registration and a copy of the Conference Proceedings. Authors who submit their technical article in time for publication in the Conference Proceedings are eligible for WAI technical papers awards and for possible publication in a future issue of Wire Journal International (WJI).

Many times after an article is published in WJI, companies extend the benefits of publication by promoting to potential customers using article reprints.
