We only found this issue during assembly. We manufacture custom wire and cable assemblies from start to finish, so during the assembly of this cable it was found. Its not a constant bending of the wire it was just bent back once to get the wires out of the way to conectorize.

Our problem seems to have gone away. Why were not sure. We were thinking that maybe the color meter jamed up and sent straight concentrate through to the extruder head, which may not be as plyable as the actuall PVC compound.
