Hello Peter

We are interested in setting up a continuous casting and rolling line of Zinc wire along from ingot of 99.995 % purity ( SHG ) for thermal spray application in ductile pipes etc .
Can you tell me apart from Properzi who is the second best machine supplier

Hello Vikram,

I don't think it is proper to label one supplier as the "Best in the World" although your engineering analysis may find one more suitable than another for your specific application.

From my perspective, the three top suppliers of continuous casting and rolling lines are:

The Hazelett Corporation (USA)

These machines are tandem supplied with another company's rolling mills and coil take up (such as Krupp) .

Southwire Company (USA)

and of course Continuus-Properzi S.P.A. (Italy)
www.properzi.com/
