Submission guidelines:

Wire Journal International(WJI) welcomes appropriate information for departments such as Industry News, People, Products, Media and Calendar. The preferred method of sending information is by e-mail to the editor-in-chief. Information can also be mailed to Wire Journal International, 1570 Boston Post Road, Guilford, CT 06437, USA. Please write “Attn: Editorial” on the envelope.

General Information/Do's & don’ts:

Please be specific and concise when sending information. The best guide for any department is to follow the style in a copy of WJI. If you do not have a copy, make sure that you provide the basic information (who, what, when, where and why) for the item you wish to have published. Include a way to contact you if there are questions (an e-mail address is preferred, although a phone or fax number is acceptable also). If an item is newsworthy, we will make every effort to publish the information in a future issue, although due to scheduling and space requirements we cannot guarantee publication in a specific issue. If in doubt, send an e-mail to the editor-in-chief for clarification.

Art/graphics:

A print or electronic image (either color or black and white) can be sent to accompany a submission. A print, slide, or disc will be returned if accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Electronic images, which are preferred, should be high-resolution (300 DPI). They should be sent in either a jpg, tif or bmp format, in an IBM file.
