Bonding of Strands during Teflon Wire sintering was created by Mr U K Singhal
During the sintering operation of electrical cable having Teflon taped, silver plated multi-stranded copper wires, the individual silver plated strands bonds with each other. This reduces the flexibility of the conductor very much. These strands can be separated by hand by using some efforts. How do we avoid this silver plated copper wire strands bonding/sticking to each other during sintering operation? Can anybody guide me please?
