Unfortunately this thread was cross linked with another thread and was deleted when the corrective action was taken. The answer to the writer's question is however:

There is something missing from your PVC compound recipe in terms of the plastifiers or perhaps an inadequate amount of base PVC in the recipe. Talk with the supplier of the compound or if you manufacture the compound yourself, talk with the appropriate chemist in your laboratory.
