Here is some information from the Wire Journal International:

Fire at Seneca Wire forces temporary closing

A July 24 fire in the oil-tempering department at Seneca Wire & Manufacturing Co.'s plant in Fostoria, Ohio, forced an evacuation of the facility as firefighters from seven towns responded to the blaze.

No injuries were reported from the fire, which was confined to the oil-tempering area and took on a Saturday during working hours, said a statement from the company at its website. It noted that partial operations would resume July 26 as the management and fire/insurance officials assessed the situation. No estimate was given as to when full production would resume. Seneca, a manufacturer of oil-tempered wire for mechanical spring and wire forming applications, has 140 employees at its Fostoria location.
