A what diameter do you consider it fine wire? What material are you interested in?

I am looking for companies that produce 28 gauge or smaller, prefer insulated copper, but any materials of those sizes will work.

Go to the Wire Association International Virtual Trade Show at www.wirenet.org/vts/vts_search.cfm
There are three nonferrous selections there:
Fine Wire - 144 companies
Fine Wire - Aluminum - 28 companies
Fine Wire - Copper - 75 companies
Almost all have links to their websites. Knock yourself out!

Not to be picky, can you narrow it down some: You want smaller than 28 gauge and insulated. What is the end use of the wire? That will have lot to do with who can do it.
